The City of Molina de Segura, through the Department of Public Road, Parks and Gardens, carries out a total investment of 2,000,000 euros, divided into five projects included in the 2017 Participatory Budgets, which take place in the Barrio de San José, for the repair of several vials.
The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero Mira, and the Councilor for Public Roads, Parks and Gardens, Fuensanta Martínez Jiménez, make a visit at the beginning of the works on Thursday, July 12, at 7:00 pm, at the confluence of the Avenida Conchita la Comadrona with Ronda Este.
According to the Councilor for Public Roads, "these are works demanded by the neighborhood, which affect the upper area of ​​the East Round, in the stretch of junction with Avenida Conchita la Comadrona." Works collected within the Project of reparations actions in roads, which will allow, finally, to solve the old problems that have been claimed by the neighbors and that will allow the correct opening and paving of the Ronda Este road, which, in this section, is on land , solving the serious problem of dust that neighbors have been suffering daily, as this area passes much of the traffic from the northern area of ​​Molina de Segura to the south and from the south to the north. vehicles cross by a road on land without ordering, producing all kinds of problems ".
In this first phase, and for the amount of 127,741.68 euros, charged to Participatory Budgets 2017, the ordering, improvement of the sub base of paving, paving and creation of sub bases of sidewalks will be made, thus solving the serious problem of traffic and dust that originates in the area.
A second action is planned, which will begin shortly, to complete the opening of the East Round, since there is an intermediate section of 300 meters in length where there is only one lane and which remained pending in the development of the urban sector.
