The Hospital de Molina has joined the summer campaign of the Regional Hemodonation Center for the summer period.
46 people approached yesterday, Thursday July 12, to the hospital to donate blood, of which 14 did so for the first time, and another 14 people could not do it for medical reasons.
Finally, 32 effective donations were obtained.
In addition, 3 people had histocompatibility typing to become marrow donors.
The Regional Blood Donation Center continues to need between 250 and 300 blood donations per day.
Especially strong is the demand for blood components, intended not only for surgeries, emergencies, etc., but also for hematological, chronic and oncological patients who need daily transfusions of blood components, especially platelets.

Share life, the Regional Blood Donation Center travels more than 12,000 km this summer with its mobile units, so that donations can be made in more than 160 points throughout the Region.
