The festive program, presented today Friday, July 20, at the Vita Nova Restaurant, runs from September 1 to 17, and includes the 14th edition of the B SIDE FESTIVAL, the performances, among others, of ROZALÉN, MUERDO, ROAD RAMOS, COTI, DAVID DE MARÃA, BABY, XUXO JONES, RUTH LORENZO and BLAS CANTÓ, children's activities, zarzuela, folklore, and the Artisan Market
The PATRONAL HOLIDAYS OF MOLINA DE SEGURA 2018 will begin on Saturday, September 1, with the traditional Pilgrimage of Ascent of the Patron of the city, the Virgin of Consolation, from its Hermitage to the Church of the Assumption.
Today, Friday, July 20, at the Restaurant Vita Nova, in Altorreal, the official presentation of the poster and the festive program took place, an event attended by the First Deputy Mayor of the town, Fernando Miñana Hurtado, and the Councilman of Local Festivities, Andrés Martínez Cervantes.
The festivities will last until Monday, September 17, a public holiday in the town, with the return of the Patron Saint of Molina de Segura to her hermitage.
Throughout these days, Molinenses and visitors can enjoy a varied and complete program of festive and sports events.
"The Fiestas de Molina de Segura are to feel, enjoy and share," highlights the First Deputy Mayor.
Music will undoubtedly be the main attraction of the Molino parties.
The main concert venue will be located in the Plaza de España, although other places and public spaces in the municipality will host musical performances, such as the Municipal Auditorium, and the squares of Europe, President Adolfo Suárez, the El Romeral Sports Center, etc.
Artists such as ROZALÉN, MUERDO, ROAD RAMOS, COTI, DAVID DE MARÃA, BABY, XUXO JONES, RUTH LORENZO and BLAS CANTÓ will perform, as well as local groups, musicals and tributes to large groups and artists.
And the El Romeral Sports Center hosts the fourteenth edition of the B SIDE Festival of Molina de Segura, which takes place on Friday 7, Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 September, with the performance of LEÓN BENAVENTE, BELAKO, LA, ÁNGEL STANICH, RUFUS T FIREFLY and ROSS, among others.
The Department of Local Festivities will distribute some 30,000 copies of the hand program, which will be available at the end of August.
The proclamation of Fiestas will take place on Friday, September 7, at the Teatro Villa de Molina, by Molinense Francisco Conesa López, doctor, journalist and writer.
