The Local Government Board of the City of Molina de Segura has agreed, today Friday August 3 in extraordinary session, propose the award of the construction project of the two new pavilions of the El Romeral Sports Center to Urdemasa, for an amount of 1,280,636, 17 euros.

In the session, chaired by the Accidental Mayor, Fernando Miñana Hurtado, has also proposed to award the works of adaptation of the sports area and stays of the District of San Antonio, for an amount of 299,475 euros, to Constu Archena, SL

TOWN PLANNING

Three major works license files and one seizure of guarantee by subsidiary execution have been approved.

RECRUITMENT

Proposal for the award of the lease of local modules located in the Business Center Hotel of Companies of the Molina de Segura Town Hall, with the destination to the provisional location of a company.

The monthly amount of the lease amounts to 104.04 euros.

Approval of the extension of the contract, signed with Grupo Sifu Murcia SL, for the Cleaning Service of the Museum of the Enclave of the Wall (MUDEM) of Molina de Segura.

The contract is valid from September 7, 2018 to September 6, 2020. The approved expenditure for 2018 is of 5,612.94 euros and the commitment to consign in the 2019 budget the amount of 17,881.92 euros and for the year 2020 the amount of 12,268.98 euros.

This contract is reserved for Special Employment Centers.

Start of the contract file and start of the bidding process for the supply of automotive fuel, generators and heating of the Molina de Segura Town Council, incorporating special execution conditions of an environmental, social or innovation-related nature.

An expense of 160,000 euros is contemplated, with the annual amount of 80,000 euros.

Start of the contracting process and start of the bidding process for the access control and cleaning service in public buildings, in municipal sports facilities, as well as in the Sánchez Cánovas, Torrealta, San Miguel and El Llano de Molina football fields.

The process is followed by an open procedure, and a single criterion, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to socio-labor insertion of people in unemployment situation.

An annual cost of 498,320.88 euros is recorded.

Proposal for the award to Urdemasa, for an amount of 1,280,636.17 euros, of the project for the construction of new pavilions, pavilion II and pavilion III, at the El Romeral sports center in Molina de Segura, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature. to socio-labor insertion of people in unemployment situation.

Proposal of award to Constu Archena SL, for an amount of 299,475 euros, of the works for the adaptation of the sports area and stay of the Barrio de San Antonio CU de Molina de Segura, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to socio-labor insertion of people in situation of unemployment.

Proposal for the award to Quarto Proyectos, SL, for an amount of 194,831.98 euros, for the management works of the QS2 zone in El Tapiado, for the Molina de Segura Municipal Fairgrounds.

3rd action (underground LAMT and LABT, distribution center and CT 400 kVA), incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to socio-labor insertion of people in unemployment situation.

Approval of the Occupational Health and Safety Plan for the adaptation project, adjoining areas and service areas, to the Municipal Pool El Romeral de Molina de Segura.

This is an action corresponding to the Joint Employment and Training Program 2017-2018.

POLICIES FOR TRAINING AND LABOR INSERTION

Approval of the return of salaries of students of the Joint Employment and Training Program "Sports and leisure spaces II".

The amount of the refund is 914.87 euros.

Approval of an expense of 569.10 euros corresponding to the annual fee of the Molina de Segura City Council as a member of the Association for the Integrated Rural Development of the Municipalities of Vega Media del Segura.

INDUSTRY

Approval of the award to Abralia Systems, SAL, for an amount of 8,355.05 euros, of the minor contract for the transfer of the Issuer Center of the Municipal Radio Station of FM Radio Company.

CELEBRATIONS

Approval of the award to Pirotecnia Sánchez, SA, for an amount of 15,064 euros, of the lower firework service contract at the 2018 Employer's Festivities.
