It is worth noting the award to the company Constu Archena, SL, for an amount of 299,475 euros, for the works to adapt the sports area and stay in the Barrio de San Antonio and the award to the Consortium Local-Global Association, for an amount of 86,757 euros, from the technical assistance service for the revitalization of Social Centers and Zone Boards and the development of the Participatory Budgeting process of 2019.
ESTATE
Approval of invoices list in the amount of 887,370.07 euros.
Approval of the SERCOMOSA bill list for an amount of 187,219.02 euros.
Approval of the bimonthly rate for the rendering of the Urban Solid Waste service corresponding to the tax period of the fourth two months of 2018.
RECRUITMENT
Approval of certification number 2 of the renovation / rehabilitation works of the La Alcayna Depot No. 3 in La Alcayna-Cabezo del Colmenar Urbanization, of the La Espada EBAP renovation installation and of several installations in the Torrealta deposit n ° 1, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to socio-occupational insertion of people in situations of long-term unemployment.

The file incorporates special conditions of execution of a social nature relating to the socio-labor insertion of people in unemployment situation.
The works correspond to the supply and sanitation canon 2017.
Proposal of award to the company Construcciones Urdecon, SA, for an amount of 169,056.94 euros, of the EDB Zone management "La Polvorista" and recovery of the Municipal Velodrome with the objective of carrying out conditioning works for its putting into use.
The file includes special conditions of execution of a social nature related to the socio-labor insertion of people in unemployment situation.
Proposal of award to the company Construcciones and Excavaciones Sánchez López SLU, for an amount of 100,923.36 of the project of works of drinking water, sanitation and rainwater, in the Velodromo Municipal enclosure, incorporating special conditions of execution of character social issues regarding the socio-labor insertion of people in unemployment situation.

Proposal for the award to the company Onet Ibérica Soluciones, SAU, for an amount of 60,495.86 euros, for the cleaning service of the Francisco Martínez Bernal Public School, located in the San José neighborhood of Molina de Segura, incorporating special conditions for the execution of environmental, social or related to innovation.
Proposal for the award to the company EDP Comercializadora, SAU, for an amount of 218,040.58 euros, of the supply of natural gas for the Molina de Segura Town Council, incorporating special conditions of environmental, social or innovation related nature.
Adjudication to the company Murciana de Tráfico SA, for an amount of 29,052.10 euros, of the service of maintenance of the traffic lights of the municipal district of Molina de Segura, incorporating special conditions of execution of environmental, social or related to innovation character.

Approval of the agreement between the Molina de Segura City Council and the Francisco Salzillo Regional Association Choir and Dance Group, for the promotion of Molina de Segura's music and folklore during the financial year 2018. Subsidy amount 8,000 euros.
Approval of two minor contracts, for a total amount of 27,830 euros, related to the hiring of artists and shows for the 2018 Patron Saint Festival.
Award to the company SPL Producciones Audiovisuales SL, for an amount of 9,436 euros, of the rental service, monitoring and execution of the technical rider, light and sound, corresponding to the show "Drilo Sinfónico", on September 7, 8 and 9 within of the program of the Patron Saint Festivities 2018.
Adjudication to the company Sistemas y Servicios Profesionales 2007 SL, for an amount of 8,833 euros, of the rental service, monitoring and execution of the technical rider, light and sound of the Corazonadas Festival, on September 1st within the Patron Festivities 2018 .
Proposal for the award of two contracts, with a joint expenditure of 40,000 euros, related to the hiring of artists and shows for the 2018 Patron Saint Festival.
EQUALITY
It is agreed the withdrawal, before the adjudication is carried out, of the hiring process of the extracurricular service of opening of centers from 7.30 to 9.00 hours for school courses 2018/19 and 2019/20.
The agreement is adopted because a defect in form has been detected in a clause of the technical specifications of the file.
CULTURE
Adjudication to the commercial company Esatur XXI, SL, for an amount of 60,713.32 euros, for the guide-informative service and for activities and promotion of the Mural de Segura Muralla Enclave Museum (MUDEM), incorporating special conditions for the execution of social character related to the socio-labor insertion of people in situation of unemployment.
The award is made for one year, extendable for one more year.
Adjudication to the mercantile Salzillo Servicios Integrales, SLU, for an amount of 67,760 euros and for a one-year position, for the rendering of services by diverse personnel (auxiliary technicians, hall and door personnel, assembly and loading and unloading) for the development of the activities of the Villa de Molina Theater, incorporating special execution conditions of an environmental, social or innovation nature.
CITIZEN PARTICIPATION
Award to the Consortium Local-Global Association, for an amount of 86,757 euros, from the technical assistance service for the revitalization of Social Centers and Zone Boards and the development of the Participatory Budgeting process of 2019, through a simplified open procedure and incorporating special conditions of execution of social character relative to the socio-labor insertion of people in situation of unemployment.
HUMAN RESOURCES
Adjudication to the company JA Tomás Asesores, SL, for an amount of 21,199.20 euros, of the labor advisory service for the Molina de Segura Town Council, incorporating special conditions of execution of an environmental, social or innovation-related nature.
The contract is for a period of one year, extendable from year to year up to a maximum of 4 years.
COOPERATION TO DEVELOPMENT AND SOLIDARITY
Approval of the agreement between the Molina de Segura City Council and the Association "Sonrisa Saharawi Region of Murcia", to support the headquarters of the Saharawi Delegation of the Region of Murcia, computer equipment for the delegation of the Government of Dakhla camp and the program Vacation in Peace.
Amount of the agreement 14,100 euros.
