The Department of Policies for Training and Labor Insertion of the City of Molina de Segura has submitted 3 projects to the call of the Regional Employment and Training Service (SEF) 2018 to finance Mixed Employment and Training Programs.
This type of project is inspired by the traditional Workshop Schools and Craft Houses and its objective is to improve the employability of unemployed young people to facilitate their labor insertion, through training and qualification in alternation with productive work in the realization of works or services of public or social utility of Molina de Segura.
"With the projects, intended for young people under 25 years, it is intended to carry out the adaptation of toilets of the football field 11 and conditioning of the perimeter closure of the sports facilities of El Romeral, 4th phase, projects that will lead to a significant improvement in the installations that have been deteriorating, and will result in better services for the citizens ", according to the Councilor for Policies for Training and Labor Insertion, Concepción Orenes Hernández.
The three approved projects are the following:
PMEF JV El Romeral 2: intended for 32 young students under 25 years, with a duration of 12 months and in which they intend to impart 4 specialties: welding, installation of furniture, plumbing / air conditioning operations and masonry operations.
For this project the City of Molina de Segura has planned to provide 283,000 euros and requests from the SEF a grant of almost € 380,000.
PMEF JV El Romeral 3: for 15 young students under 25 years, with a duration of 12 months and to provide the specialty of assembly operations or maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment.
For this project, a subsidy of almost 180,000 € is requested from the SEF.
These PMEF, if selected by the SEF, are scheduled to start before March 31, 2019.
Regarding the project aimed at young people under 30 enrolled in the national system of Youth Guarantee, it is intended to adapt, improve and maintain the garden areas of sports facilities and perform auxiliary tasks of organization of sports activities, operation of sports facilities and support for the sports technicians of different municipal centers:
PMEF GJ Sports and leisure spaces 5: for 32 students, with a duration of 9 months, to teach 2 specialties: auxiliary operations in the organization of activities and operation of sports facilities and activities in nurseries and gardens.

This PMEF, once the SEF resolves the call, is scheduled to start before December 20, 2018.
At the end of all the programs, the eligible students will have access to obtain the certificate of professionalism of the specialty in which they have been trained.
