The Second Deputy Mayor and Spokesman of the Local Government Board of Molina de Segura City Council, Ángel Navarro García, has informed of the agreements adopted at the last meeting of the Local Government Board, held today, Tuesday, October 9.
Noteworthy is the approval of the start of the contract for the provision of sanitation and supply services in Calle Rodríguez de la Fuente, and rainwater service in Avenida de París, for a total amount of 362,987.91 euros, as well as the approval of expenditure of 100,000 euros for the call for development cooperation grants 2018.
TOWN PLANNING
Four urban planning dossiers have been approved, one file of subsidiary execution, 1 file of reinstatement of the urban legality, 2 files of subsidiary execution and 3 disciplinary proceedings for urban infringement.
ESTATE
Approval of invoices list, for an amount of 262,806.12 euros.
RECRUITMENT
Approval of the return of deposit of the demolition works of buildings of the Old Slaughterhouse training center, to the company Quarto Proyectos, SL, amounting to 700.99 euros.
Approval of the increase in the cost of the special administrative contract for the provision of the Home Help Service, period 2014-2015, in Molina de Segura, for an amount of 37,840.11 euros (representing an increase of 8.37% of the value of the 2014-2015 contract, not exceeding 10% of the settlement on the original contract award price).
Approval of the extension of the contract for the supply of electric power for points of consumption in low voltage higher than 10 Kw.
of the Molina de Segura Town Council, including environmental valuation criteria consisting of the supply of renewable energy in at least 40% to the company Iberdrola Clientes, SAU.
The extension extends from November 22, 2018 to November 21, 2019. Approval of the amount of 115,911.55 euros for the year 2018 is approved, and it is committed to enter in the 2019 budget the amount of 1,275,025, 93 euros.
Approval of the contract extension of the recording service and audiovisual retransmission of the Plenary sessions and other activities and events of the Molina de Segura City Council, to the company Intercom Tecnodifusión, SL.
The extension extends from November 27, 2018 to November 26, 2019. Approval of an amount of 4,525.40 euros for the year 2018 is approved, and it undertakes to enter in the 2019 budget the amount of 22,627 euros.
Approval of the imposition of penalties to the awarded company Urdema, SA, amounting to 44,628 euros, of the project for the construction of new pavilions, pavilion II and pavilion III, at the El Romeral Sports Center in Molina de Segura, incorporating special conditions for the execution of social character related to socio-labor insertion of people in situation of unemployment.
Approval of the proposal for the award of the corporate email service in the cloud of the Molina de Segura City Council, to the company Vodafone Spain, SAU, for an amount of 46,899.60 euros.

Approval of the award of the minor service contract for the Zombie event, corresponding to the Youth Participatory Budgets 2017, to the company Plus Publicidad, SL, amounting to 8,591 euros.
POLICIES FOR TRAINING AND LABOR INSERTION
Approval of the payment of interests for delay in the return of interest from the economic justification file of the Joint Youth Employment and Training Program (PMEF-GJ) Support for Sports Management IV, amounting to 329.84 euros.
