The Councilor for Policies for Training and Labor Insertion of the City of Molina de Segura, Concepción Orenes Hernández, attended, today Friday, November 9, the first working day of the 100x100 Activation Program, which, thanks to the collaboration with the Service Regional Employment and Training (SEF), is held in Molina de Segura.
The program also has the collaboration of the Ministry of Employment and Social Security and the entity Local Initiatives, to increase the activation of job seekers and improve their employment.
100x100 Activation will last 100 days, from November 9th until February 25th, 2019, from Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 14.00 hours.
Coordinated by a trainer-companion, it is aimed at 25 people of the municipality, with a qualification from ESO to university degree, registered as unemployed, willing to find work through the optimization of their skills and the definition of their professional objectives, for increase their chances of employment and, therefore, employability in the municipality.
The SEF already developed in Molina de Segura a similar experience, the Employment Shuttle, although this time, the initiative of the SEF is new and started in 2017 with nine groups of unemployed in other municipalities of the Region of Murcia, with insertion rates labor market close to 70%.
This justifies, by itself, that this program is developed in Molina de Segura and that the beneficiaries have a novel resource sponsored to achieve a greater job placement.
Concepción Orenes stresses that "the Department continues and will continue to collaborate with the SEF and with this type of innovative initiatives to fight against unemployment in Molina de Segura".
It also notes that "100x100 Activation is intended to coordinate the profiles of job seekers, their professional aspirations, their motivation and attitude to change to find work."
The program offers the opportunity to have the support of expert professionals to increase their communication skills, optimize strategies for job search and entrepreneurship, better know the professional potential, formulate professional objectives according to their profile and learn effective techniques to propose to companies , successfully face a selection interview, or start their own professional activities as self-employed or entrepreneurs.
