The Second Deputy Mayor and Spokesman of the Local Government Board of Molina de Segura Town Council, Ángel Navarro García, has informed of the agreements adopted at the last meeting of the Local Government Board, held today, Tuesday, November 20.
The approval of the convocation of the selective process for the provision of ownership, through free competition, by internal promotion, of eight seats of the Local Police, as well as the approval of the resolution of the public announcement, under the regime of Competitive competition, 2018 grants for promotion and social insertion programs to non-profit entities that operate in the municipality of Molina de Segura, for a total amount of 25,000 euros.
TOWN PLANNING
Three urban planning license files have been approved, 1 file of restoration of the urban legality, and 3 disciplinary proceedings for urban infringement.
ESTATE
Approval of invoices list, for an amount of 801,929.86 euros.
RECRUITMENT
Approval of the start of the contract for the installation of artificial turf on the 7th San Jose Los Angeles soccer field, incorporating special execution conditions through an open procedure, with an expenditure of 98,999.27 euros.
Approval of the start of the contract for the Home Food Service contract, as social catering, in the municipality of Molina de Segura, including ethical and environmental assessment criteria.
Approval of the start of the hiring process of the Family Respite Service at the address of the Molina de Segura Town Hall, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to socio-labor insertion of people in unemployment situation.
Approval of the start of the termination dossier of the Central Garden of Tierra Cálida and specific arrangements in surrounding roads, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to the socio-labor insertion of people in unemployment situation, with an expenditure of 321,442.86 euros.
It is approved to leave the agreement adopted in the Local Government Board of November 6, 2018, and approval of extension in policy contract of material damage to municipal property, year 2019, awarded to Bilbao, Insurance and Reinsurance Company, for the amount of 38,492.72 euros (VAT exempt).
It is approved to leave effect agreement adopted in the Local Government Board of November 6, 2018, and approval of extension in contract of open contracting, ordinary processing, various award criteria, insurance policy of the vehicle fleet of the City of Molina de Segura, year 2019, awarded to Bilbao, Insurance and Reinsurance Company, for an amount of 39,000 euros (exempt from VAT).

Approval of the n ° 4 certification of the works of renovation and improvement of the water supply service for human consumption in Cuevas de Comala del Rincón del Conejo, in Camino del Panderón and Camino del Celemín, in several streets of Los Vientos Urbanization and in Campotéjar Baja networks, initiation of transfer and renewal of steel passages of the transfer, incorporating special social execution measures related to socio-occupational insertion of people in a situation of long-term unemployment, corresponding to the Supply and Sanitation Canon 2016, for an amount of 56,503.37 euros, to the awarded company Avance y Desarrollo de Obras, SL.
SOCIAL WELFARE
Approval of the resolution of the public announcement, under competitive concurrency, of 2018 grants for promotion and social insertion programs to non-profit entities operating in the municipality of Molina de Segura, for a total amount of 25,000 euros.
EDUCATION
Approval of the award of the minor construction contract for the installation of awning sail in the Primary Education courtyard of the CEIP Vega del Segura, Yolanda Bravo Betancourt, amounting to 16,481.16 euros.
PUBLIC ROAD
Approval of the acceptance of the cession of land for improvement in the supply of water for human consumption in different roads of the district of Los Valientes Viejos.
PUBLIC HEALTH
Approval of expenditure of 6,000 euros and agreement 2018 between the City of Molina de Segura and the Animal Protective Association of Molina de Segura.
