A total of 32 students, young people under 25, participate in the Mixed Employment-Training Program, called PMEF-JV EL ROMERAL 1, for 12 months (started on March 31).
The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero Mira, and the Councilor for Policies for Training and Labor Insertion, Concepción Orenes Hernández, visited the students today, Friday, November 30, at the El Romeral Sports Center.
The PMEF-JV El Romeral 1 trains students in the following specialties:
Auxiliary Operations of Factories and Covers Masonry.
Furniture installation.
Plumbing and Heating-Domestic Air Conditioning Operations.
Welding with Coated Electrode and TIG.
During the first three months the students received training to obtain a Certificate of Professionalism in the aforementioned specialties.
As of July 1, they were hired by the City of Molina de Segura for 9 months to develop work practices and effective work, with a training contract, receiving 75% of the SMI.
The effective work that is being carried out with this project, in which the students put into practice the knowledge learned, is the adaptation of the annexed areas and service to the El Romeral municipal pool, consisting of the demolition of parterres as well as the construction of various perimeter corrugating seats and modernization of electrical and sanitary installations, improvement of accessibility, through the execution of new pavements, improvement of evacuation of rainwater, as well as the provision of urban furniture and pergolas for the creation of shadows.
The Mixed Employment and Training Program (PMEF-GJ) El Romeral 1 is promoted by the Regional Employment and Training Service (SEF) and the Molina de Segura Town Council.
