The woodwind department of the Professional Conservatory of Music Maestro Jaime Lopez de Molina de Segura organizes a clarinet master class, by the clarinetist Jennifer García, on Friday 14 and Saturday 15 December, at the headquarters of the Professional Conservatory of Music Maestro Jaime López (on Calle Capitán Cortés, s / n).

The course is aimed at students of the clarinet specialty.

Jennifer García was born in Cartagena in 1989. She began her studies at the Professional Conservatory of Music of Cartagena, doing elementary and professional studies with Professor José Manuel Mañogil García.

In 2010, he entered the Óscar Esplá Conservatory of Music in Alicante, where he finished his studies of the Clarinete Higher Degree with the Honors Certificate, together with Professor Gonzalo Berná Pic.

During the 2015-2016 academic year he holds a Master's Degree in Interpretation and Music Research from the prestigious international concert-player José-Franch Ballester.

Since 2013 he has studied with Professor Yehuda Gilad (USC) in III, IV, V & VI International Clarinet Seminar in Murcia.

He has collaborated with the Orquesta de Radio Televisión Española (RTVE), Chamber Orchestra of Cartagena, City of Elche Symphony Orchestra, Alicante Symphony Orchestra, Municipal Band of Alicante and Philharmonic Orchestra of the University of Alicante.

He currently works with the Symphony Orchestra of Cartagena.

During August 2014 and 2015 he participated in the prestigious Festival Music Fest Perugia (Italy) with the Philharmonic Orchestra of the UA under the direction of Uriel Segal, Dan Wei Wei and Mihnea Ignat.

In 2015, he received second prize in the Villa de Cox international soloist competition and, in 2012, he received an Honorable Mention in the 2012 Villa de Molina Contest in Higher Artistic Woodwinds.

He has received several master classes for instrumental improvement of teachers, such as Andreas Sunden, Johannes Peitz, Miguel Espejo, Jose-Franch Ballester, Eduardo Raimundo, Enrique Perez, Vicente Alberola, Manuel Rives, César Martín, Eddy Vanoosthuyse, Rauno Tikkanen, Roberta Gottardi , among others.
