The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero Mira and the Councilor for Policies for Training and Labor Insertion, Concepción Orenes Hernández, held a meeting on Wednesday, February 6 with the Delegate in Comunidad Valenciana, Región de Murcia and Islas Baleares of the Action against Hunger Foundation, Dolores Marcó Montó, which was also attended by the Director of the Department, Antonio Gomariz Pastor, and the Manager of Social and Labor Inclusion Programs in the Region of Murcia and the Valencian Community of Action Against Hunger, Laura Caravaca Marín, with the aim of promoting and coordinating the collaboration of actions that favor the training and socio-labor insertion of unemployed people in Molina de Segura.
This collaboration will begin with the launch this month of Vives Emplea Molina de Segura, a program designed to develop professional and personal skills in order to empower people with difficulties accessing the labor market to achieve the objectives set professionally .
The work is carried out through group and personalized sessions, visits to events and employment forums, approaching workshops and meetings with companies to increase professional contacts.
With all this, it is intended to generate the conditions that develop the talent and initiative of the participants through the acquisition of the social skills and competencies for employment that most companies demand, with a view to promoting the social and labor inclusion of those who pass through. a difficult situation to access the labor market.
Fundación Acción contra el Hambre has experience in the development of socio-labor insertion programs in Spain, to strengthen the fight against poverty and social exclusion, as well as to achieve equal opportunities in accessing the labor market.
In its work, it has funding from the Operational Program for Social Inclusion and Social Economy for the period 2014-2020 (co-financed by the European Social Fund).
In the Region of Murcia, has developed similar experiences in the training and preparation of people for their incorporation into the labor market, strengthening the skills of these people for the optimal performance of a job, such as motivation, teamwork, communication , organization, etc., specifically the Vives Emplea and Vives Emprende programs.
