Sonia Carrillo echoes the complaint of the unions of the City of Molina de Segura in which reports of continued violations by the Left Government in terms of personnel.

In reference to the communiqué issued by the majority unions of the Molina de Segura Town Hall, in which the repeated defaults of the Government's personnel team are denounced, the spokesperson of the Municipal People's Group, Sonia Carrillo, demands that the mayor Esther Clavero " convene, urgently, a Negotiation Table, in which the entire Municipal Corporation is present, to be able to address an increasingly unsustainable situation due to the lack of willingness of the Left Government to negotiate. "

Sonia Carrillo does not understand how "in a city of almost 75,000 inhabitants and with more than 500 municipal employees, the Government of Esther Clavero acts unilaterally, with its back to the unions and making decisions that affect all Molinenses, in a tax and without even listening to the people affected. "

For the spokesperson, "it is unheard of that the mayor refuses to address such important issues as the list of jobs of the City of Molina de Segura, except the Department of Sports and Health, curiously of which she is the councilor;

or the psycho-social risks of a protocolarized form suffered by workers, among many others;

and in general, of the management in the Human Resources management ".

The Popular Council asks Clavero to "reconsider the open negotiation processes and allow a plural debate on this issue to be opened in the competent body empowered to do so, since, as the unions state in their brief, the The ineffectiveness of the government team is producing an increasingly widespread situation of insecurity in the face of so much uncertainty and affecting, in a clearly negative way, labor relations and, even, the workers' own health ".

He also hopes that "the People's Party will be summoned for this negotiation, since on several occasions we have requested that a Negotiation Table be held and even though this has been the case, we have not been notified."
