The Councilor for Economy and Finance, Urban Development and Economic Development of the City of Molina de Segura, José de Haro González, together with the head of the Municipal Office of Companies, Santiago Pastor Palazón, has maintained an institutional visit at the facilities of Frutas Esther SA, located on the Carretera de la Estación de Abarán.
Although the firm is not located in the Molinense term, the company maintains important agricultural links with Molina de Segura, having great interests within the municipality due to the multiple agricultural farms it has in operation.
The reason for the visit is to inform the municipal services of management, advice, coordination and control for companies, while establishing a channel of fluid communication between the company and town hall, through actions aimed at business development.
The facilities were also known by the managers of the company: Esther Gómez Yelo, Manager, Pedro Pérez Celdrán, Agronomist, and other members of the corporation, informing of all the processes, data and news that are taking place in it. .
It has been possible to see first-hand the large investment that has been made in the facilities since the plant was expanded in 2016, leaving a total area of ​​90,000 m2, 25,000 of them covered by warehouses, warehouses and cold stores.
The City of Molina de Segura is firmly convinced to return to place the municipality on the map of the main industrial points of the Spanish southeast, specifying for this a series of measures and applying a rosary of investments aimed at structuring the municipal policy under the optics economic and industrial.
Taking advantage of the meeting, they have dealt with issues concerning the projects that the merchant has pending in its properties in the field of Molina de Segura, specifically in Campotéjar Baja, where it has 210 hectares of cultivation in full production, of the 1,254 with which it has Region of Murcia and in Huelva.
Problems have also been addressed in infrastructures, communication accesses and licenses in process.
To continue strengthening ties, a visit has been agreed with the mayor of the city, Esther clavero Mira, in order to join common efforts and visit the affected areas of certain infrastructural deficiencies.
The Frutas Esther SA group is a purely Murcian company founded in 1979, leader in fresh fruit handling and packaging, with its own trading company, essentially manufacturing stone and strawberry fruit trees;
peach, plum, apricot, nectarine, grape, strawberry and Paraguayan.
The staff arrives in full campaign to overcome the two thousand people, 900 of them in the fruit central.

The company sold in 2018 worth 73 million euros, with assets of 113 million.
The City of Molina de Segura, through its Councilor for Economic Development, wanted to show its "unconditional support for this firm family business, through this visit from which a series of proposals have come from the company, and a list of measures to be applied by the consistory, together with many other future collaborations ".
Among them, the firm has shown its concern for the continued reduction in the provision of water from the Transfer in the Region of Murcia, so necessary for the social and economic survival of this land.

He has urged to strongly support the mission of these two endemic problems, influencing their solution in regional and national instances.
