The Second Deputy Mayor and Spokesman of the Local Government Board of Molina de Segura City Council, Ángel Navarro García, has informed of the agreements adopted in the ordinary Local Government Board, held today, Tuesday, February 19, in which it has been approved the proposal for the award of two lots of action to carry out improvement works in municipal infrastructures for a combined amount of 434,525.59 euros.
In this ordinary session of the Local Government Board also highlight the awards of the works of completion of the central garden of the Urbanization Tierra Cálida, for an amount of 216,645.43, and the work of provision of sanitation and water services in Calle Rodríguez of the Source and service of rainwater in the Avenue of Paris, for an amount of 209,262.36 euros.
TOWN PLANNING
5 city planning license files for works, 2 files for subsidiary execution and 1 penalty file for urban infringement have been approved.
In addition, the modification of the Partial Industrial Sector Plan ZI1-M6 has been approved initially.
ESTATE
Approval of the list of modifications, withdrawals, registrations and returns of garbage receipts from the Inspection Unit of the first two months of 2019.
RECRUITMENT
Approval of the proposal for the award of works in educational centers 2018, grouped into four lots (A, B, C and D), incorporating special conditions of social implementation relating to socio-occupational insertion of people in situation of unemployment, to the company Maintenance Integrales Gómez, SL, in the amount of 24,805 euros.
Approval of the proposal for the awarding of the Altorreal connection to Highway RM-A5 and Highway A-30 (Vial of "La Salinas"), incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to socio-labor insertion of people in situation of unemployment , to the company Desarrollos Técnicos del Levante, SL, in the amount of 199,855.50 euros.
Approval of the proposal for the award of improvement works in municipal infrastructures (Financially Sustainable Investments), incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to the socio-labor insertion of people in unemployment situation (Participative budgets 2018).
This action is carried out by lots that are awarded to Ecocivil Electromur GE, SL, in the amount of 198,641.60 (lot II) and 235,883.99 (lot III).
Together these works represent an investment of 434,525.59 euros.
Approval of the n ° 2 certification of the work of the Social Center that is being built in the Agridulce Urbanization, between Calle del Collado, corner Calle Mirador, for an amount of 21,326.08 euros to the company Josefa Antón Lamberto.
Approval of the allocation of water and sanitation services in Calle Rodríguez de la Fuente and rainwater service in the Avenida de París, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to socio-labor insertion of people in unemployment situation, Talleres y Conducciones Juanito SL, for an amount of 209,262.36 euros.
Approval of the award of the termination of the central garden of the Tierra Cálida Urbanization and specific arrangements in surrounding roads, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to socio-labor insertion of people in unemployment situation, to the company Construcciones Urdecón, SA, for the amount of 216,645.43 euros.
Approval of the start of the file for the hiring of the sculpture "La mirada", for its implementation in the existing roundabout at the entrance to the urban center of Molina de Segura from Highway RM-A5 and Highway A-30.
EDUCATION
Approval of the award of a minor contract for the rehabilitation of the heating system of the Public School of Early Childhood and Primary Education "El Romeral", to the company Fontanería Mar Menor SL, for an amount of 24,138.29 euros.
Approval of the allocation of lots 4 and 7 of the supply of food and cleaning and hygiene products for the Municipal Early Childhood Schools of the Molina de Segura Town Council, incorporating special environmental and other conditions.
Lot 4 is awarded to Exclusivas JA Fernández SL for an amount of 34,578.39 euros, and lot 7 to Comercial Ardely, SA, for an amount of 49,644.05 euros.
CELEBRATIONS
Approval of the award of a minor sound service contract for March 2, "Carnival 2019", to the company Audiovisuales Rent Apc Audio, SL, amounting to 6,546.10 euros.

Approval of the Strategic Environmental Report of the Specific Modification of the PGMO number 60 (adaptation of access to the industrial sectors of Campotéjar).

Approval of the dismissal of a claim file for patrimonial responsibility.
YOUTH
Approval of the award of a minor service contract for the "Zombie Event" youth activity, to the company Conexión Cultural, SL, amounting to 6,050 euros.
CULTURE
Approval of an increase in expenditure (2,686.44 euros for 2019) for the maintenance service of the Museum Network of Molina de Segura and the Enclave de la Muralla, as well as lighting and sound technician and auditor of the Virginia Martínez Fernández Auditorium and the exhibition room of the Enclave de la Muralla, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to socio-labor insertion of people in unemployment situation.
TIC
Approval of the award of the consulting service for the implementation of eDICTA (computer application for the management of resolutions and agreements of the governing bodies) and mobile eDICTA license, including special conditions of execution of a social nature, through a negotiated procedure without publicity, to the T-Systems ITC Iberia, SAU company, for an amount of 21,729 euros.
