The Department of Equality of Molina de Segura commemorates the March 8 with activities from February to June 2019 (22/02/2019)

The Department of Equality of the City of Molina de Segura has organized a program of activities to commemorate the March 8, United Nations Day for the Rights of Women and International Peace, in the development of the IV Plan for Equal Opportunities between Women and Men, with the aim that all people collaborate in the establishment of personal and social relationships free of prejudices and stereotypes, based on equality.

This program takes place between the months of February and June 2019 and has been presented at a press conference today on Friday, February 22, by the Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero Mira, the Chief of Service of the Department of Equality , María Dolores Javaloy Mateo, and the Molinense photographer Ángela Ortiz.

Monday, February 25

At 12.00, on the facade of the Molina de Segura Town Hall, unfolding of the Feminist Flag.

At 6:00 pm, in the Plenary Hall of the City Council, Motion March 8 and reading of the manifesto.

Monday 4 to Friday 29 March: at the Teatro Villa de Molina, photography exhibition Bajo las estrellas, by Ángela Ortiz.

Tuesday, March 5: at 7:00 p.m., at the Las Balsas Center, the House of Andalusia presents the multidisciplinary artistic show Standing Strong for Equality.

Thursday, March 7: at 1:00 pm, on Radio Compañía (98.8 FM / www.radiomolina.com), program Equality in the Millennial generation.

Speakers: Helena Vidal, Evaluator of the IV Equal Opportunities Plan, and associates of Mujomur.

2:00 pm, lunch enlivened;

and, 4:00 pm, musical performance and dance.

Friday March 8: free bus to go to the Manifestation of Murcia.

Departure time: 18.00 hours.

Meeting point in parking deterrent of Huerto Fayrén.

Return at 22.30.

Registration in the Council of Equality.

XX Painting Competition (published bases February 14, 2019)

Last day of delivery: April 30.
