The Role Department of the Professional Conservatory of Music Maestro Jaime Lopez of Molina de Segura organizes a master class of violoncello, by Juan Mellado Centenero, collaborator of the Symphony Orchestra of the Region of Murcia, directed to the students of the specialty of Violoncello, on Monday, April 1 and Tuesday, April 2, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, at the Virginia Martínez Fernández Auditorium, MUDEM.
Juan Mellado Centenero, begins his studies of violoncello in the Professional Conservatory of Music of Murcia.
In those same years he also received classes at the hands of great professors such as Rafael Ramos, the professors of the "Tchaikovsky Conservatory of Moscow" Alexander Kniazev, Dmitri Miller and Alexander Rudin, and in the continuous courses he conducted with the cellist Miguel Ángel Clares.
At the orchestral level he has worked under the baton of Norbert Koop, Vladimir Valek, Adrian Leaper, Salvador Brotons, Benito Lauret, Manuel Hernandez Silva, Zakhar Bron, César Álvarez, Igor Dronov, Támas Vásáry, Alexander Vedernikov, JM Knee, Christian Badea and Lin CAT.
He has also been part of the Classical Orchestra of the Region of Murcia and the Youth Orchestra of the Region of Murcia, being a soloist of the latter and with which he toured China for the 2002-2003 season.
He also performs, during that same season, a concert tour, invited by the FIOJ, by Murcia and Germany as a soloist with the Youth Orchestra of Bochum (Germany) obtaining excellent reviews.
In his last academic year he received classes from cellists R. Aldulescu, Gaetano Nasillo (baroque cello) and Alexander Rudin.
He finished his studies at the Superior Conservatory of Music of Murcia under the tutelage of the cello professor Mariano Melguizo, with the highest qualifications in his specialty and at the same time he was a regular student in the classes taught in Barcelona by cellist Damián Martínez (Prof. Musikene, ESMUC and soloist of the OBC).
Then he would spend a year with Stanimir Todorov at the School of Music of Malmö (Sweden), where he made a successful tour of chamber recitals.
He continued his studies, with Todorov, as a guest student at the International Menuhin Music School, "IMMA", where he received the "Special Acknowledgment" from the faculty.
In the 2009-10 and 2010-11 seasons he was linked to the Orquesta de Córdoba, occupying a position as Soloist Assistant with Cellist Mikhail Milman.
He is currently a collaborator of the Symphony Orchestra of the Region of Murcia and the Philharmonic Orchestra of Malaga.
He has just completed a seven-year cycle occupying the Chair of Violoncello at the Superior Conservatory of Music of Murcia "Manuel Massotti Littell".
