The act of reception at the molinense bakery La Subirana took place today, Tuesday, April 2, in the Office of the Mayor of the City of Molina de Segura, where the Mayor of the town, Esther Clavero Mira, has delivered a plaque of recognition Juan Antonio García García and Juan Ramón Hernández González, partners of La Subirana.

Also they have assisted the Councilman of Economy, José de Haro González, and the Councilman of Crafts, Andrés Martínez Cervantes.

Subirana has become part of this list of the best bakeries in Spain, which was prepared for the second year in a row with the participation of a jury made up of experts from the Panatics platform and the non-profit organization Pan de Calidad.

Specifically, they have selected the 80 top bread ovens in Spain and, among them, the two best bakeries in the Region of Murcia, according to this list: Pan Moreno, which already entered that list in 2017, and La Subirana , that enters for the first time in this ranking.

The bakery Molinense is, as they themselves describe in their social networks "a bread workshop".

It is located in Molina de Segura, where you can find your products in a total of seven different points of sale, including the weekly market on Saturdays in the town.

The bread distribution of La Subirana also reaches Murcia capital, where they have about 15 points of sale, including El Club del Gourmet, El Corte Inglés.

Its products can also be purchased in many other municipalities in the Region of Murcia.

Currently, La Subirana is working on a recognition at a European level, such as the Traditional Specialty Guaranteed, (ETG), and other projects to create an association of artisan bakers and generation of events to raise awareness of artisanal bread.

It is a company in expansion, considered of high quality for the care in the selection of products used for the development of their creations and the extraordinary reception of customers.
