The Councilor for Training and Labor Insertion, Concepción Orenes Hernández, has visited the facilities of the Workshop School to closely follow the implementation of the two new Mixed Employment-Training Programs called "El Romeral 2" and "El Romeral 3 ", which started on April 1

These programs, aimed at 47 young people under 25 years of age who are unemployed, have a duration of 12 months and allow training and contracts in the following specialties:

"Auxiliary Operations of Masonry Factories and Roofs"

"Furniture Installation"

"Plumbing and Heating-Domestic Air Conditioning Operations"

"Welding with Coated Electrode and TIG"

"Auxiliary operations of assembly and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment"

During the first three months, students receive the necessary training to obtain a Certificate of Professionalism in the specialties cited, phase in which they are beneficiaries of an assistance grant (€ 9 per day).

From July 1 will be hired by the City of Molina de Segura for 9 months, to develop work practices and effective work, with a training contract, receiving 75% of the minimum interprofessional salary.

The Councilor for Policies for Training and Labor Insertion, Concepción Orenes Hernández, in the course of the visit, transferred to the students the effort and the confidence of the society to launch programs that train and train young people to be better qualified and can face the future with better work and social expectations, encouraging them to take advantage of this opportunity provided by Public Administrations to the beneficiaries of these training and employment programs.

The actions that will be carried out with these two programs will be:

The project of works of "Adaptation of toilets of the football field 11 and conditioning of the perimeter enclosure of the sports facilities of the Romeral, 4th stage" and the maintenance of buildings and public areas.

These Mixed Employment and Training Programs are subsidized by the Regional Employment and Training Service with € 555,647 and co-financed by the Molina de Segura Town Council with € 283,000.
