The Second Deputy Mayor and Spokesman of the Local Government Board of Molina de Segura City Council, Ángel Navarro García, has informed of the agreements adopted at the two meetings of the Local Government Board, one of an ordinary nature and another public session and extraordinary, held today, Tuesday, April 9.
In the public session, an adjustment file was approved for temporality, list of invoices and list of obligations and payment orders, amounting to 206,117.38 euros, and another file of credit recognition, list of invoices and list of obligations and payment orders, amounting to 79,195.05 euros.
And in the ordinary session, it stands out the approval of the proposal for the award of renovation works and improvement of the water supply service for human consumption and sewerage, in different roads of the San Antonio neighborhood, Phase 1, amounting to 404,821.59 euros, as well as the approval of the award of the minor contract of concierge service for the municipal velodrome, amounting to 13,993.53 euros.
TOWN PLANNING
6 urban planning files, 2 segregation license files, 1 unlicensed works file, 3 subsidiary execution files, 1 urban legality restoration file and 4 sanction proceedings for urban infringement have been approved.

Approval of invoices list, amounting to 270,728.82 euros.
Approval of SERCOMOSA invoices list, amounting to 374,573.65 euros.
Approval of modifications, additions, withdrawals and refunds of the Garbage Rate of the 2nd bimester of 2019.
RECRUITMENT
Approval of the increase in expenditure of 16,839.79 euros (representing 9.96% of the project) of the EDB La Polvorista area development work and recovery of the Municipal Velodrome, in the municipality of Molina de Segura, 1st performance of conditioning works for putting them into use, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to socio-labor insertion of people in unemployment situation.

Approval of the awarding of works to improve municipal infrastructure (actions at the municipal level), financially sustainable investments, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to the social and occupational insertion of people in unemployment situation, with charge to the Participative Budgets 2018, Lot I, to the company Quarto Proyectos, SA, for an amount of 235,903.50 euros.
Approval of the award of the works of remodeling and adaptation of squares and maintenance in children's areas (Parque de la Conserva, Jardín Ntra. Sra. De los Ángeles, Plaza de Almanzor and Plaza Torrealta), and maintenance of roads in different areas of the term municipal of Molina de Segura, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to socio-labor insertion of people in situation of unemployment: Lot 1, to the company Constuarchena, SL, for an amount of 101,035 euros;
and Lot 2, to the company Construcciones Urdecón, SA, for an amount of 93,563.42 euros.
