The act of presentation of the technical resources for the technical and functional adaptation to the ARECA application for the integral management of the tributes, module of traffic penalty procedure management, promoted by the councils of Finance and Police of the Molina de Segura City Council and The Tax Agency of the Region of Murcia (ATRM), took place today, Wednesday, April 24, in the assembly hall of the Local Police Barracks.
The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero Mira, the First Deputy Mayor and Local Police Councilman, Fernando Miñana Hurtado, and the Councilor for Finance, José de Haro González, attended.
This improvement of the traffic sanction procedure has been carried out in compliance with the tax collaboration agreement signed between the Tax Agency of the Region of Murcia and the Molina de Segura City Council in February 2017.
The traffic fines imposed by the Local Police of Molina de Segura, which to date have used the traditional paper complaint system, based on the implementation of the new system of traffic fines, the ATRM will be the management body of Traffic fines, for which the agents of the Local Police of Molina de Segura are provided with 40 mobiles and 40 portable printers, for the mechanization of the fines via telematics, which will appear on the computer system, for the continuation of the procedures of the sanctioning procedure.

Automation of serial sanctions: same vehicle, place or infraction.
Complaints may be paid on the spot in any collaborating bank, with the same document of the complaint, without having to go to the administration to request the payment letter, with its corresponding reduction of 50% of the total amount of the fine, what streamlines and facilitates the offender procedures and travel.
In addition, the cost of mechanization of fines is reduced, since the data entered by the agents in the mobile will be those who initiate the sanctioning procedure, without having to mechanise them in the office later as they have been doing so far.
