The act of signing the collaboration agreement 2019 between the City of Molina de Segura and the Fundación Solidaridad y Reinsertion Proyecto Hombre for the proposed educational therapeutic project of care for people with addiction problems took place today, Thursday, May 23, in the consistory molinense.
The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero Mira, the President of the Board of Solidarity and Reintegration Foundation, Tomás Zamora Ros, the Director of the Proyecto Hombre Murcia, Asunción Santos de Pascual, and the Councilor for Social Welfare, Ángel Navarro García have attended.
The objective of the agreement is to collaborate economically with Proyecto Hombre to develop a therapeutic project that serves the population of the municipality that requires treatment for any type of addiction to toxic substances and other dependencies, with a municipal contribution amounting to a total of 34,000 euros.
A series of drug prevention activities are also included.
Those who have problems related to the consumption of any type of psychoactive substances or addiction to other addictions and who are residents in the municipality and their family members may benefit from this agreement.
During the year 2018 the entity has served a total of 17 people from Molina de Segura, with an average age of 35 and 40 years (almost 50% are single), which have been derived by the technicians of the Department of Social Welfare .
The Foundation's commitment to take into account the Social and Labor Integration Exchange of the Molina de Segura City Council, aimed at favoring the integration into the labor market of people in situation of unemployment in the municipality is maintained.
The Fundación Solidaridad y Reinsertion Proyecto Hombre is an entity that was born in 1984 at the national level and began to operate in Murcia in 1995. It has its headquarters in Calle San Martín de Porres, n ° 7, in Murcia.

The entity develops various programs for the treatment of people with problems of toxic consumption.
It has several resources for people who demand a treatment, such as a reception floor, a day center and a therapeutic community.
Within the therapeutic educational project that the entity develops, the following programs stand out:
Base Program.
It is aimed at people over 21 years of age who are consumers of any type of psychoactive substance and who present deterioration in their personal, social or family structure.
There are several phases depending on whether the person is in the Home, Day Center, Therapeutic Community or Reintegration.
Night program.
It is aimed at people with addiction problems that can combine work life and assistance.
Hours from 15.00 to 22.00.
Teen Program.
It is aimed at children under 21 with addiction problems.
Prevention Program.
Chats of prevention of addictions are developed in groups of risk that have failed in the school environment, parents with teenage children who may present problems of consumption, mixed programs of Employment and Training or other groups that may pose problems of addictions.
Program for users with dual pathology.
It is aimed at people who have a mental disorder and addiction problems.
Transversal Programs.
It is aimed at people who require treatment because they have addiction problems and it involves more specialized attention.
There is a Woman program, of Lodopathy and a Labor Guidance Service.
The Foundation has a Director and a team of 30 professionals;
among them, therapists, social educators, social workers, psychologists and teachers.
It also highlights the work carried out by the more than 150 volunteers with whom the entity has.
