The First Deputy Mayor and Spokesperson of the Local Government Board of Molina de Segura City Council, Ángel Navarro García, has informed of the agreements adopted at the last meeting of the Local Government Board, of an ordinary nature, held today, Tuesday, the 16th. July.
Highlights the approval of the granting of subsidies to encourage the initiative of neighborhood associations in neighborhoods, districts and developments during the year 2019, as well as the approval of a list of bills of the City for the amount of 1,304,817.38 euros.
TOWN PLANNING
Two urban planning license files, one segregation license file and three disciplinary proceedings for urban infringement have been approved.
ESTATE
Approval of invoices list, amounting to 1,304,817.38 euros.
Approval of SERCOMOSA invoices list, amounting to 374,573.65 euros.
Approval of the request for tenders of the long-term credit transaction agreement for the financing of investments derived from the single general budget of 2019, to entities based in the Molina de Segura banking plaza, establishing the deadline for submission of offers on September 10, 2019.
RECRUITMENT
Approval of the refusal to return the guarantee of the public concession for the management of the El Rellano Municipal Shelter.
Approval of the increase in expenditure of 14,308.04 euros (representing 9.97% of the project amount) of the provision and improvement of sports infrastructure in Altorreal (artificial turf field) and Campotéjar Alta (track adaptation) , incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to socio-labor insertion of people in situations of long-term unemployment (Participatory Budgets 2017).
Approval of the increase in expenditure of 10,164 euros (which represents 10% of the project amount) of the Concilia Educa Service in holiday periods of Holy Week, Summer and Christmas, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature.
Approval of the start of the contracting process for the concession of private use of public space for the organization, management and execution of the installation of bar bars on the occasion of the Patron Saint Parties 2019 and 2020, which can be extended to two more years, including special execution conditions environmental, social or related to innovation, with an annual fee of 400 euros, and the total price of the contract in 1,600 euros.
Approval of the start of the contract file for the maintenance service of traffic lights in the municipality of Molina de Segura, including special environmental execution conditions and related to innovation, with an expenditure of 60,500 euros.
Approval of the n ° 1 certification of the improvement works of municipal infrastructures (actions of municipal scope), financially sustainable investments, incorporating special conditions of execution of social character relative to socio-labor insertion of people in situation of unemployment, Lot I (Park of La Torrealta and Vía Verde access), amounting to 40,422.63 euros, to the company Quarto Proyectos, SL.
CULTURE
Approval of the award of the minor contract of the show contracting for the 50th Festival de Teatro 2019, to Domingo Martínez Belarde, amounting to 10,519.74 euros.
POLICIES FOR TRAINING AND LABOR INSERTION
Approval of expenditure of 11,500 euros and the collaboration agreement between the Molina de Segura City Council and the MEMPLEO Mental Health and Employment Association for 2019, for the development of actions aimed at the social and labor integration of associated drug addicts and the chronically mentally ill.
Approval of expenditure of 83,000 euros and the collaboration agreement between the Molina de Segura City Council and the Murcia Psychosocial Rehabilitation Association for 2019, to develop socio-labor insertion activities for drug addicts with associated psychiatric illness and chronic mental illness.
HUMAN RESOURCES

6,000 euros are allocated to the service of permanent assistance in public roads and public spaces aimed at rescue and urgent health care of animals.
Approval of expenditure of 6,000 euros and the collaboration agreement between the Molina de Segura City Council and the Animal Protector of Molina de Segura for 2019, for the development of the Controlled Feline Colonies Program (CES Program).

Approval of the strategic environmental report related to the PGMO's modification, change of registry rating 34279-M-61.

Approval of the expenditure of 11,344.77 euros for the Tourist Consortium of the Greenways 2019.
