The Mixed Employment and Training Programs "El Romeral 2" and "El Romeral 3" professionally train 47 young people under 25 years old (01/08/2019)

The Councilor for Labor Training and Insertion Policies, Eliseo García Cantó, visited on Thursday, August 1, the works that are being carried out in the toilets of the football field 11 and in other facilities of the El Romeral Sports Center by students of the Mixed Employment and Training Programs "El Romeral 2" and "El Romeral 3".

On March 31, these two programs began, lasting 12 months, and involving a total of 47 unemployed students, under 25 years of age.

This student is trained during the year of the program in the specialties of auxiliary operations of masonry of factories and decks, installation of furniture, operations of plumbing and heating-domestic air conditioning, welding with coated electrode and TIG, and auxiliary operations of assembly and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment.

The Councilor for Labor Training and Insertion Policies, Eliseo García Cantó, explained that "during the first three months, students have received training to obtain a Certificate of Professionalism in the specialties contemplated in the program. That phase contemplated a scholarship of 9 euros per day assistance As of July 1, they have been hired by the City of Molina de Segura for 9 months, in order to develop work practices and effective work, with a training contract for which they receive 75% of the SMI. "

The effective work that will be carried out with this project are the works of adaptation of toilets of the soccer field 11 and the conditioning of the perimeter enclosure of the sports facilities of the Sports Center El Romeral (4th phase), as well as the maintenance of buildings and areas public.

The Mixed Employment and Training Program "El Romeral 2" is funded by the Regional Employment and Training Service with 440,751.68 euros and the Mixed Employment and Training Program "El Romeral 3" with 206,602.35 euros.

Both programs in turn are co-financed by the City of Molina de Segura.

Molina de Segura currently has three Mixed Employment and Training Programs, since to the two mentioned, we must add the Mixed Employment and Training Program "Sports and Leisure Spaces 5", aimed at young people enrolled in the National System of Youth Guarantee, which began last December with 13 students in the specialty of "auxiliary operations in the organization of activities and operation of sports facilities", whose effective work is to perform auxiliary tasks of organization of sports activities, operation of facilities sports and support to sports technicians in the different municipal centers.
