The City of Molina de Segura participates in the initial meeting of the Urbact CITIES4CSR project, which is held in the Italian city of Milan on September 23, 24 and 25.
The session knows about various experiences of public-private financing and collaboration through corporate social responsibility (CSR) of projects with social impact.
The study and knowledge of the case experiences of hospitality, pharmaceutical or energy companies, which finance projects of social interest in the field of sustainable mobility, sustainable urban planning or social benefit, will serve as the basis for the collaborative UrbactCITIES4CSR municipal project public-private, focused on the Fátima neighborhood of Molina de Segura.
The Coordinator of European Projects of the Molienense City Council, Antonio Gomariz Pastor, who attends the meeting in Milan, has informed that, during the month of October, the Urbact Local Group will be formed, which must prepare the Comprehensive Action Plan with the innovation proposals social and urban regeneration to implement in the Fatima neighborhood.
This phase I of the project ends in February and, in May 2020, the work of preparing the plan will begin with some pilot action to be developed in the aforementioned neighborhood.
