The signing ceremony of the Molina de Segura City Council nominative grant agreement to the Molina de Segura Municipal Band Music Association for the promotion of music and musical activities in 2019 took place today Wednesday, October 2, at the Molinense consistory .
The firm was attended by the Mayor of the town, Esther Clavero Mira, the President of the Municipal Music Association of Molina de Segura, José Jesús Frutos Morales, and the Councilor for Culture, Soledad Nortes Navarro.
The purpose of this agreement is the granting of a municipal grant amounting to 16,800 euros to the Municipal Band Music Association, which aims to promote the musical activities carried out by this association.
This includes holding concerts in urban settings, continuing with the development of the Molina de Segura Youth Musical Band, continuing the renewal of the Band's uniformity, acquiring new instruments, consolidating the activity outside the municipality as an element of promotion of the same and develop training activities and specialized workshops.
