The First Deputy Mayor and Spokesman of the Local Government Board of the City of Molina de Segura, Ángel Navarro García, has informed of the agreements adopted at the last meeting of the Local Government Board, of an ordinary nature, held today Tuesday 8 October.
The approval of the award of the minor service contract for the hiring of an urban culture festival, derived from the process of Participatory Youth Budgets, for an amount of 10,696.40 euros, as well as the approval of the award of the minor contract of service, for an amount of 17,726.50 euros, in order to organize and produce a Jazz Festival in the town.
TOWN PLANNING
4 urban planning license files, 1 segregation license file, and 2 disciplinary files for urban infraction have been approved.
ESTATE
Approval of the relationship of invoices amounting to 577,229.65 euros.
HIRING
Approval of the return of bail of the service of management of municipal exhibition halls of the City of Molina de Segura, including special execution clauses consisting of the hiring of personnel from the socio-labor insertion bag, to the company Ekipo Medios, SL, by 1,264.15 euros.
Approval of the increase in expenditure in 19,785.17 euros of municipal infrastructure improvement works (municipal actions), financially sustainable investments, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to socio-labor insertion of unemployed people, corresponding to Participatory Budgets 2018.
Approval of the increase in expenditure in 7,546.88 euros of remodeling and adaptation of places and maintenance in children's areas (Conservation Park, Ntra. Approval of the increase of expenditure in 8.075.95 euros of the supply and installation of sports furniture in new Halls 2 and 3 of the El Romeral Municipal Sports Center, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature, through harmonized regulation.
Approval of the increase in expenditure in 2,870.17 euros of the works of interior reform of offices of the Mayor's Office, on the second floor of the City of Molina de Segura.
Approval of the increase of expenditure in 610.93 euros of the internal distribution works of the Purchasing-Contracting area, on the first floor of the City of Molina de Segura.
