The signing ceremony of the nominative grant agreement of the Molina de Segura City Council to the MEMPLEO, Mental Health and Employment Association of Molina de Segura took place today, Thursday, October 10, at the headquarters of the association, coinciding with the celebration of the World Mental Health Day.
The firm was attended by the Mayor of the town, Esther Clavero Mira, the President of the MEMPLEO Association, Delia Topham Reguera, and the Councilor for Labor Training and Insertion Policies, Eliseo García Cantó.
The purpose of this agreement is to grant a nominative grant from the City of Molina de Segura, for an amount of 11,500 euros, to the MEMPLEO Association to develop socio-labor activities for drug addicts with associated psychiatric pathology and chronic mentally ill patients.
The funding comes from a subsidy of the Murcia Health Service, under the collaboration agreement between the City Council and the SMS, in order to support the actions of socio-labor insertion with mentally ill and drug addicts with associated psychiatric pathology.
For the fulfillment of this commitment, the City of Molina de Segura formalizes the economic support to the MEMPLEO Association, by signing this agreement.
The activities developed by the association include specific actions that allow the development of the agreement between the City of Molina de Segura and the Murcia Health Service.
