The act of reception to the group of teachers from Wales and Finland in exchange with the CEIP Maestro Francisco Martínez Bernal de Molina de Segura, through the Erasmus Pursuing Integral project well-being through digital and creative skills development, took place today Monday November 18, in the Plenary Hall of the City Hall.
The Second Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Education, Fuensanta Martínez Jiménez, has attended.
The project has a duration of 24 months;
It began on September 1, 2019 and ends on August 31, 2021. It takes place with two other schools:
Cadoxton Primary School, located in Barry (Wales).
Keski Palokan koulu, located in Palokka (Finland).
The main objectives of the project are the following:
Adopt healthy habits in the field of nutrition and free time that will accompany them for a lifetime.
Identify social and environmental problems in today's societies and find solutions to reduce their impact.
Spread your own city and region through traditional games and physical activities.
Develop intercultural awareness and respect for the identity of each region, city or country and promote European cohesive values.
Develop student competence in the use of digital technology through a range of programs and applications.
Develop the teaching and learning of a foreign language through digital activities.
The project involves two visits, both by teachers and students, to the countries participating in it.
A series of criteria will be established for the selection procedure of the students participating in the mentioned visits.
Likewise, a working group will be established, which will be in charge of preparing the different activities to be carried out by the students, as well as designing their evaluations and the necessary reports for the general evaluation of the project.
