The tax collaboration agreement between the Tax Agency of the Region of Murcia and the Molinense City Council, in force since 2017, continues to yield very good collection results for the Molinense session, as reported by the Councilor for Economy and Finance, José de Haro González, today Wednesday, December 18.

With regard to the management of municipal standards, the collection in the IAE register has increased by around 300,000 euros between 2017 and 2019. The inspection in this tax allowed to collect 611,959.70 euros in 2017, and increased by 2018 to 808,924.76 euros.
In the concept of surplus value, the collection amounted to 899,126.99 euros in 2018, while in 2019 it stands at 1,356,623.68 euros.
As for the management of traffic fines, since last June 2019, most of the files, 86%, are managed electronically, through the ARECA Mobile application.
In the period between November 1, 2018 and October 30, 2019, the total number of files processed amounts to 4,076.
In executive collection management, executive revenues have increased year by year from 2017 to 2019:
2017 financial year: 3,218,199.25 euros.
Year 2018: 4,799,414.62 euros.
Fiscal year 2019: similar to 2018, pending closure.
In this same section, the City of Molina de Segura currently has 19,264,963.71 euros pending income, of which 14,973,569.03 euros are in an executive attachment file.
It should be noted that 32% of the outstanding amount of income (4,858,590.56 euros) corresponds to the range of debtors of greater amount (more than 30,000 euros), which represents only 1% of the total number of executive files.
On the contrary, 79% of the total number of executive files (8,622) corresponds to debtors of lesser amounts (up to 1,000 euros), who accumulate a total debt of 2,052,934.75 euros (14% of the total).
After the entry into force of the tax collaboration agreement between the Tax Agency of the Region of Murcia and the Molinense City Council, in 2017, among other issues, the City of Molina de Segura delegated to the autonomous entity the executive collection of any concept of law public.
The municipal collection office, managed by the ATRM, and located in the Santa Cecilia Passage, has been operating since March 1, 2017, with 8 customer service posts.
They are in charge of the Liquidation Office and the Executive Collection, and the IAE.
As of February 2018, they also manage capital gains, and, since June 2018, they manage fines.
There is face-to-face attention, in addition to telephone and internet.
Next to the ATRM office is the municipal tax collection and management office, customer service and Cadastre, which has nine customer service posts.
In addition, in February 2018, another point of attention of the ATRM was opened to the public in the Decentralized Office of Municipal Services of Molina de Segura, located in Avenida Reino de Murcia, No. 56, Local 9, in Altorreal.
