The City of Molina de Segura starts a new edition of Walk through the Cemetery in 2020 (04/03/2020)

The City of Molina de Segura, through the Department of Tourism and Cemetery, in collaboration with the Municipal Archive, starts a new edition of the Walk through the Cemetery 2020 Program, a tour of some streets of the Municipal Cemetery by the hand of the Molinense writer Paco López Mengual.

This walk through the Cemetery of Molina de Segura, through its tombs and pantheons, will allow to know the economic, political and cultural history of the town.

As Paco López Mengual points out, "the work done by the Department of Tourism and Cemetery, by the gravediggers and by me, as a driver of the tour, developing these Walks, has been greatly compensated by the degree of satisfaction shown by the people attending in social networks and personally at the end of each session. "

The activity is extended with another 7 visits, which began last February 29, with the participation of more than 50 people, until October 30, 2020, which includes four theatrical night visits due to the large existing demand.

In 2019, the program had the participation of 1,200 visitors.

The new planned dates are:

- Saturday, March 21, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

- Sunday, May 3, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

- Friday, May 15 (theatrical nighttime), from 10 pm to 12 pm

- Friday, June 26 (theatrical nighttime), from 10 pm to midnight.

- Friday, July 17 (theatrical nighttime), from 10 pm to midnight.

- Friday, October 30 (theatrical nighttime), from 10 pm to midnight.
