The First Deputy Mayor and Spokesman of the Local Government Board of the Molina de Segura City Council, Ángel Navarro García, has reported on the agreements adopted at the last meeting of the Local Government Board, of an ordinary nature, held today, Thursday 2 of April, electronically via videoconference.

In it, two agreements for 2020 have been approved with the TEDIS and DISMO associations for the social integration of people with disabilities, for a total amount of 49,000 euros, as well as the approval of a list of invoices from the City Council for the amount of 313,954.43 euros. .

TOWN PLANNING

2 urban planning license files and 1 sanctioning file for urban infraction have been approved.

Approval of certification number 1 of the rehabilitation works of the Social Center of La Torrealta (old schools), framed in the Strategy of Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development Molina 2020 Avanza Contigo, 80% co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund ( FEDER), through the Multi-regional Operational Program of Spain 2014-2020, incorporating special conditions of social execution related to social and labor insertion of people in unemployment situation, to the company Constu Archena, SL, for an amount of 217.91 euros.

Approval of certification number 1 of the rehabilitation works of the Social Center of La Torrealta (old schools), framed in the Strategy of Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development Molina 2020 Avanza Contigo, 80% co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund ( FEDER), through the 2014-2020 Multi-regional Operational Program of Spain, incorporating special conditions of social execution related to social and labor insertion of people in unemployment situation, to the company Constu Archena, SL, for the amount of 14,591.04 euros.

HIRING

Approval of the rejection of the suspension of the contract of tourist services for museums and municipal centers, requested by the company Aldaba Servicios Turísticos y Culturales, SL.

Approval of the extension of the contract, lots 1 and 3, for the repair, revision and maintenance services of the fleet of vehicles and motorcycles, and tire supply, of the Molina de Segura City Council, including special environmental execution conditions, from June 19, 2020 to June 18, 2021, awarded to the company Tecnodiesel Murcia, SL.

An expense for the year 2020 of 32,530.85 euros, Lot 1, and 5,326.99 euros, Lot 3 is approved.

Approval of the certification number 1 of the renovation and improvement work of the service for the supply of water for human consumption and the sewerage network in Barrio de Fátima, Farmer and adjacent streets, Alicante, Luchador and Martín Lutero King, in the urban area of ​​Molina de Segura, to the company Construcciones Urdecón, SA, for an amount of 35,749.99 euros.

Approval of the certification number 1 of the renovation and improvement work of the service for the supply of water for human consumption and the sewerage network in Barrio de Fátima, Farmer and adjacent streets, Alicante, Luchador and Martín Lutero King, in the urban area of ​​Molina de Segura, to the company Construcciones Urdecón, SA, for an amount of 87,801.61 euros.

HOUSING AND PUBLIC EQUIPMENT

Approval of the increase in spending for the redistribution works on the ground floor in the Social Center of La Torrealta, for an amount of 1,142.24 euros (representing an increase of 4.909% of the award budget).

Approval of the increase in the cost of repairing the Municipal Auditorium for damages and damages caused by DANA, for an amount of 1,846.41 euros (which represents an increase of 7.351% of the award budget).

Approval of the increase in the cost of repairs in the City Council building due to damage and damages caused by DANA, for an amount of 2,309.22 euros (representing an increase of 9,801% of the award budget).

SOCIAL WELFARE

Approval of the award of a minor contract for the supply of an agenda management computer application for prior appointment by the Social Services Center (area social work programs, for elderly and dependent people and others), to the company Intuya Software Intuitivo, SLU, for an amount of 11,737 euros.

Approval of expenditure of 22,000 euros and 2020 agreement between the City of Molina de Segura and the Association for the Social Integration of the Disabled (TEDIS) for day / occupational center, for the provision of services related to the improvement of quality of life of people with disabilities, promoting the maximum development of their individual capacities and promoting full family, social and work integration, all through the activities and workshops to be held at their occupational center in the municipality.

Approval of spending of 27,000 euros and 2020 agreement between the City of Molina de Segura and the Association of Disabled People of Molina de Segura and Vega Media (DISMO) for the project Comprehensive Development Plan for people with disabilities.
