Donations or financial contributions during the state of alarm by COVID-19 (08/04/2020)

During the State of Alarm due to the health crisis of COVID-19, the Molina de Segura City Council makes the Municipal Business Office available to citizens and the business community of the municipality to process donations or financial contributions, according to Wednesday 8 April, the Third Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Economic Promotion and Strategy, José de Haro González.

"The City Council points out the councilor - wants to thank all the citizens of Molina de Segura and also the business community for the responsible and civic behavior that they are showing at all times during the State of Alarm by COVID-19".

Likewise, the City Council wants to show its gratitude in something in which Molina de Segura is also being an example: the solidarity of its citizens and its companies, who want to make financial contributions to help the citizens of Moldova through their City Council.

For this reason, it has decided to streamline the procedures provided for in art.

12 of RD 1372/1986, which approves the RBEL, for making financial contributions.

The Municipal Business Office is made available to citizens and the business sector, who must contact said Office by the following means: telephone 968 388 565 (uninterrupted on-call hours) and email oficinadeempresas@molinadesegura.es They must indicate the amount of the financial contribution, tax data and communication email.

Then, the procedure will continue as follows:

1. A payment letter will be made from the economic area and will be sent to the interested party, for payment.

2. Once the deposit is made, the municipal accounting will send proof of deposit to the Business Office.

3. The Business Office will group this income and will take it to accept the donation or financial contribution at the Local Government Board, indicating the purpose or destination of the funds.

4. Proof of the donation will be issued for the company to obtain the appropriate tax deductions.

As for the incidence of COVID-19 in the municipality of Molina de Segura, today Wednesday April 8, the Hospital de Molina has 28 patients admitted with COVID-19, one of them from Molina de Segura, a 67-year-old patient and with a good medical prognosis.

On the other hand, as of Monday, April 6, Molina de Segura has 59 confirmed positive cases for COVID-19.
