The First Deputy Mayor and Spokesman of the Local Government Board of the Molina de Segura City Council, Ángel Navarro García, has reported on the agreements adopted at the last meeting of the Local Government Board, of an ordinary nature, held today, Wednesday 8 April, electronically via videoconference.
In the same, the start of the contracting file for the drafting of the project and study of safety and health, construction management, execution management and coordination of safety and health, corresponding to the set for Plaza de la Ermita and Edificio Casa del Barco, framed in the Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development Strategy, Molina 2020 Advances with You, with a total expenditure of 140,409.26 euros, as well as the approval of the invoice list of the City Council for an amount of 327,075.91 euros.

HIRING
Approval of the extension of the contract for the lease of housing for the Casa de Acogida, within the urban area of ​​Molina de Segura, with a Community of Goods consisting of José Molina Gómez, Jesús Molina Gómez and Luis Molina Gómez.
Approval of the extension of the contract of the external prevention service for the specialty of occupational medicine and health surveillance, incorporating special execution conditions of a social nature related to the social and labor insertion of people in unemployment, since April 19, 2020 to April 18, 2021, awarded to the company Cualtis, SLU.
And an expenditure for the year 2020 of 7,776 euros (exempt from VAT) and 290.40 euros (VAT included) is approved.

Said suspension will consist of the total stoppage of the benefits derived from the aforementioned contract for the company Ferrovial Servicios, SA, winner of the contract.
Approval of the suspension of the food supply contract for nursery schools owned by the Molina de Segura City Council, incorporating special environmental award criteria and other special execution conditions.
Said suspension will consist of the total stoppage of the benefits derived from the aforementioned contract for the company Catering Antonia Navarro, SL, the winner of this contract.
Approval of the suspension of the contract for the management service of municipal exhibition halls of the Molina de Segura City Council, including special execution clauses consisting in the hiring of personnel from the social and labor insertion exchange.
Said suspension will consist of the total paralysis of the benefits derived from the aforementioned contract for the winning company Salzillo Servicios Integrales, SAU.
Approval of the suspension of the service contract of the Salvador García Aguilar Library and the Paco el Niño Panochista Reading Center, both belonging to Molina de Segura, and the supervision of cultural activities in the Salvador García Aguilar Library, incorporating special conditions for the execution of social character, related to social and labor insertion of unemployed people.
Said suspension will consist of the total paralysis of the benefits derived from the aforementioned contract for the winning company Salzillo Servicios Integrales, SLU.
Approval of the suspension of the contract of the services of diverse personnel (auxiliary technicians, room and door personnel, assemblies and loading and unloading) for the development of the Villa de Molina Theater activity, including special conditions of social performance.
Said suspension will consist of the total paralysis of the benefits derived from the aforementioned contract for the company Salzillo Servicios Integrales, SLU, winner of the aforementioned contract.
