The municipal group of Citizens has requested that the City Council condone the rent that the Molina de Segura Hospital must pay to use its facilities, "from which all the citizens of Molina de Segura benefit."
The orange proposal also includes a reduction in this income for as long as necessary, "in order to support our toilets, who fight on the front line day by day to help all citizens heal and overcome this crisis," they point out. from the municipal group, which considers that these are measures "in defense of our hospital, which has been serving and giving work to the citizens of Molina de Segura for twenty years."
The Hospital de Molina remains open without referral of patients from public hospitals, with delays in the payment of amounts due and not paid by the Murcian Health Service and facing innumerable personnel costs, which has led him to request an ERTE .
"Our hospital is mired in a very precarious situation and solutions have not been provided by the local team, although they have been requested by the Hospital Manager, Pedro Hernández, for more than a month," denounces the municipal group of Ciudadanos.
In this sense, the proposal also includes requesting the Health and Finance Departments to "pay preferentially the amounts due up to now to the Molina de Segura Hospital, and to arbitrate the sanitary and economic measures of their competence to alleviate the economic pressure that is currently gripping our hospital ”.
