The PP provides a Shock Plan and proposes a pact to the Government Team to get out of the situation caused by Covid19 (27/04/2020)

The popular spokesman presents a motion with 65 measures, among which the creation of a Commission for the Implementation and Management of a Consensus Municipal Shock Plan stands out. José Ángel Alfonso, president of the PP in Molina de Segura, has sent a statement to the media to report on the motion presented by the Municipal People's Group, and which will be debated in the next Ordinary Plenary to be held on Monday, 4 May telematically, thanks to a request that the popular made to the PSOE Podemos Government Team, on April 17. Alfonso informs that "one of the 65 agreements contemplated in the motion, is to establish a Commission for the Implementation and Management of the Municipal Shock Plan COVID19, in order that as soon as possible the Plan begins to be developed, since we cannot not let another minute go by without activating the pertinent measures that allow all Molinenses to get out of this situation as soon as possible.

" The popular president shows that "the realization of this Municipal Shock Plan must be framed within an ambitious Local Multidisciplinary Comprehensive Pact COVID19, where all the Political Groups, associations, Board of Directors of the Local Board are accommodated and integrated of Citizen Participation, CES, School Councils, as well as the rest of municipal entities. José Ángel Alfonso, has elaborated on the Popular Shock Plan and reports that "the Municipal People's Group makes available to this Commission the Popular Shock Plan COVID-19 with 75 proposals, which is based on four main axes: the first consists of 37 fiscal measures in order to reactivate the economy and provide more liquidity to the homes of Molines and to the industrial, commercial and hospitality fabric, secondly, 4 measures regarding cleaning and disinfection, thirdly, 23 measures regarding social care and organization.

Fourth and last, 11 measures where we urge the Government of Spain in those aspects that are within its competence.

" Alfonso considers that "in the situation in which we find ourselves, it is essential to know how to prioritize municipal actions and resources, to get out of this health, economic and social crisis as soon as possible", and affirms "we are aware that the budget of the Molina City Council de Segura by 2020 has been outdated, and therefore, it is not an effective tool that allows us to manage the crisis caused by COVID-19 and the recovery of the city of Molino.

For this reason, we hope that the Government Team will act with responsibility and work to have as soon as possible a Municipal Shock Plan agreed by the rest of the Political Groups, associations, Board of Directors of the Local Board of Citizen Participation, CES, School Councils as well as the rest of municipal entities,and that finally the pertinent modifications are made in said budget, and thus be able to urgently implement the necessary measures.

Right now it is vital that we put all the legal and economic machinery of this City Council, in order to smooth the landing after the coronavirus pandemic, for workers, self-employed, SMEs, businesses, hoteliers, industries, health workers, State Security Forces, transporters , older people, families without resources, in short, for all of us who make Molina de Segura possible ".for workers, freelancers, SMEs, businesses, hoteliers, industries, health, State Security Forces, transporters, the elderly, families without resources, in short, for all of us who make Molina de Segura possible.

We must also face the consequences that this period of alarm is having and will have for schoolchildren.

SMEs, self-employed, recovery of jobs in large companies, aid to the most disadvantaged or at risk of Social exclusion and a long list of those affected are the objective on which we must work side by side, so that by joining efforts and executing good management of public resources, we take a turn that allows us to recover normality as soon as possible.

" José Ángel Alfonso concludes informing that "from the Popular Party of Molina de Segura, we continue to show our predisposition to the PSOE Government Team - Podemos, to continue collaborating in the adoption of measures aimed at getting out of the current situation as soon as possible in which we are, and caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

For this reason, we offer you an ambitious pact, since we are aware that it is the fastest and most efficient alternative to deal with the situation generated by COVID19.
