The start of the contracting dossier for the supply of air pollution and noise monitoring equipment in Molina de Segura, within the framework of the Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development Strategy Molina 2020 Avanza Contigo, co-financed by 80%, has been approved.
by the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER), through the 2014-2020 Multiregional Operational Program of Spain, with a total expenditure of 60,500 euros,the award of a minor service contract for the implementation of a web platform for the download of receipts of the municipal tax and rate registers for fiscal year 2020, in the voluntary payment period, and a list of invoices for a total amount of 258,354 , 51 euros.TOWN PLANNING- 5 urban planning license files have been approved, 1 resource dismissal file for works without a license and 4 sanctioning files for urban infraction.- Approval of the file decreeing subsidiary execution to contract the drafting of the project / report for the demolition of a building declared in a state of ruin existing in the Municipal Cemetery, Calle 4, Travesía nº 76, CLH14, as well as the demolition and subsequent debris and cleaning of the resulting land.ESTATE- Approval of the invoice list of the City Council, for the amount of 258,354.51 euros.HIRING- Approval of the extension of the contract of the services of diverse personnel (auxiliary technicians, room and door staff, assemblies and loading and unloading) for the development of the activity of the Villa de Molina Theater, including special conditions of social performance, from September 2, 2020 to September 1, 2021, awarded to the company Salzillo Servicios Integrales, SLU.
And an expense for the year 2020 of 26,083.57 euros (VAT included) is approved.- Approval of the start of the contracting file for the elaboration of a strategic noise map of Molina de Segura and proposal of a Local Action Plan, incorporating environmental award criteria, with a total expense of 55,000 euros.- Approval of the start of the procurement of the supply of monitoring equipment for air pollution and noise in Molina de Segura, incorporating environmental and social assessment criteria, framed in the Strategy of Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development Molina 2020 Avanza Contigo , 80% co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), through the 2014-2020 Multi-regional Operational Program of Spain, with a total expenditure of 60,500 euros.- Approval of the start of the contracting file for the granting of the authorization to install a charging point for two electric vehicles for two parking spaces, including special social and environmental execution conditions, with an annual fee of 145.20 euros .- Approval of the start of the contracting file for the management, coordination and monitoring service of the Molina de Segura Youth Plan, incorporating special execution conditions of a social nature, with a total expense of 7,562.50 euros.- Approval of the certification number 4 of the renovation and improvement work of the service for the supply of water for human consumption and the sewerage network in the Fatima neighborhood, Farmer and adjacent streets, Alicante, Luchador and Martín Lutero King, in the urban area of Molina de Segura, incorporating special execution conditions of a social nature related to the social and labor insertion of unemployed people, corresponding to works of the Supply and Sanitation Canon, to the company Construcciones Urdecón, SA, for an amount of 112,975.01 euros.- Approval of advance payment of the contractor of the technical service of monitors and lifeguards to carry out the different sports activities, programmed by the Department of Sports and Health, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature relating to social and labor integration of young people in situations of long-term unemployment under 35, for a total amount of 13,183.33 euros.SOCIAL WELFARE- Approval of 1 file of reduction of 50% of the public price of the hour of the Family Respite Service.- Approval of 3 records of reduction of 100% of the public price of the daily menu of the Food Service.TIC- Approval of the award of a minor service contract for the implementation of a web platform for the download of receipts of the municipal tax and fees standards for fiscal year 2020, in a voluntary payment period, to the company Hop Ubiquitous, SL , for an amount of 7,018 euros.MUNICIPAL REGISTER- Approval of the file for the resolution of confirmation of foreigners (INE codes 141-142-143), deregistration due to improper registration in the Municipal Register of Inhabitants of the Molina de Segura City Council.CULTURE- Approval of the admission record for former students of the Municipal School of Music for the 2020/2021 academic year.
