In application of the guidelines set by the Government of Spain in relation to Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, declaring the state of alarm for the management of the health crisis situation caused by COVID-19 , it was agreed to suspend or postpone all activities and performances to be held at the Villa de Molina Theater from March 12 to April 12, 2020, a period that until then included the active programming of this stage space. This fact implied the obligation, in due course, and always following the guidelines set by the health authorities, to proceed to the personalized and in-person refund of the amount of the tickets for the shows canceled for this reason.
Thus, in accordance with these mandatory health guidelines and guidelines, the Villa de Molina Theater announces the opening of its ticket offices located on the ground floor of the building, to proceed with these face-to-face returns, from Monday, June 15, 2020. This opening is carried out according to a security protocol and good practices for a correct and efficient attention to the public, which the Ministry of Health specifies in the following measures: PRIOR APPOINTMENT REQUEST, mandatory, in order to avoid, as much as possible, excessive attendance of people.
The previous appointment will be made by calling the telephone numbers 968 64 02 68/650 35 15 85, from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 14:00, and Tuesday and Thursday, from 17:00 to 19:30. MAINTENANCE OF THE SAFETY DISTANCE in a single row of at least 2 meters between people in the event of concurrence. RETURN PERIOD until Thursday, July 16, at 7:30 p.m. 4- In case of not having requested the return in time, the tickets can be exchanged for other functions of the following theatrical season. The rest of the dependencies of the Villa de Molina Theater will be closed to the public.
