The unions of the Municipality of Molina, CCOO, CSIF, UGT and SIME, with the support of FAMPA (Federation of Mothers and Parents Associations of Students) call municipal employees and the general public to a CONCENTRATION FOR THURSDAY DAY 18 JUNE, from 18:30 in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento against the personnel policy of the Molina de Segura City Council.The workers of the Molina de Segura City Council have been forced, once again, to convene this Concentration, demanding: the readmission of the dismissed workers, Against the proposal of Cuts of rights collected in the Agreement, for the Stability in the employment of more than 100 precarious workers and the beginning of a REAL NEGOTIATION process. Last November we held another Concentration in which we already denounced the absolute lack of negotiating will of this City Council, the alarming and unjustified situation of a high job insecurity (more than 100 contracts in law fraud) and pending Regularization.

We also request the immediate opening of a Real Negotiation process to prepare a Human Resources Plan.WE ARE WORSE THAN WE WERE, there has been no negotiation, but a multitude of unilateral decisions by the PSOE-PODEMOS Government Team that have significantly worsened labor relations and the general environment in the different services; the last ones, the dismissal of 23 classmates of Infant Schools and the unilateral proposal of cuts of the Agreement that would suppose the loss of more than 90% of our current rights.
