Born in Malaga in 1958 and an official of the State Administration, Luis Molina Temboury has carried out his work in the Ministries of Industry, Labor and Foreign Affairs.

He has been, among other positions, Head of Service in the General Directorate of International Economic Relations, Secretary General of the Labor Department of the Spanish Embassy in Buenos Aires, Head of Service in the founding team of SOLVIT of the Secretary of State of the European Union and, currently, Head of Service in the Subdirectorate General for Statistics and Socio-Labor Analysis of the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy. In this conference he will address the consequences of the pandemic and the beginning of the new normality on employment.
