| The Councilor for Economic Promotion and FEPEMUR met last Friday, October 2, with representatives of several companies from El Tapiado | The Councilor for Economic Promotion of the Molina de Segura City Council, José de Haro González, the Secretary of the Federation of Industrial Estates of Murcia, Joaquín Martínez, the advisor of FEPEMUR, Eduardo Paz, and the head of the Municipal Office of Molina Companies de Segura, Santiago Pastor Palazón, held, on Friday, October 2, a telematic meeting with the main representatives of some of the large companies of El Tapiado, in order to strengthen collaboration to promote business activity in the municipality. Representatives of the companies Comercial Industrial García, Electromain, Zukán, Golosinas Jake, Cerbel Suministros, Auxiliar Conservera and Eversia attended, who agreed to continue advancing in a legal, safe, fair and, very important, associative model led by the own entrepreneurs. The reason for the videoconference is to start studying the creation of an urban entity in El Tapiado, as a solution to the state of the infrastructures of the business areas, where the municipalities do not cover all the needs.
El Tapiado has been chosen as the initial area, because it is consolidated, built at 90%, is the closest to the city, has large surface area firms, and has traditionally had an active business association, although lately with little activity . Since the approval, in 2018, of the Regional Law of Economic Acceleration, which provides legal tools to entities and municipalities to form business groups, the Municipal Office of Companies has worked on the creation of these figures, which are sorely lacking they do in a municipality that has consolidated business areas since 1967. The Councilor for Economic Promotion, José de Haro, has informed businessmen of the "strong commitment that this City Council has in the business group of economic firms.
The Council will support the future Urban Development Entity, morally, publicly, economically and administratively.

Located between the city of Molina de Segura and the N-301 highway, it has 260 parcels, spread over 33 streets, with a total of 9 kilometers of roads, 35 blocks , in which almost 200 companies are located.
