the Consolation | The Foundation for Medical Studies of Molina de Segura (FEM), in collaboration with the Department of Education of the City Council of the town, is once again launching its Healthy Breakfast program Breakfast with Science.
This 2020-2021 academic year, the program has been implemented in the public Infant and Primary Education centers San Antonio and Ntra.

De la Consolación. Every week 320 healthy breakfasts are offered at CEIP San Antonio and 430 at Ntra.

This year, as a novelty, it is done by applying all the sanitary hygiene measures established in the Contingency Plan of the Educational Centers on the occasion of COVID-19. With this project, the FEM wants to convey how important it is to start the day well, and for that "it is essential to have an optimal and complete breakfast, which guarantees us all the energy and all the necessary nutrients to face our day to day" . For her part, the Councilor for Education, Fuensanta Martínez Jiménez, thanked the FEM "for its invaluable involvement in the proper development of the activities carried out for the municipality's students, not only through its scientific conferences, but also to through projects like this one, which allow us to make visible the importance of food in our schoolchildren, thus adding to the work that, from the educational centers themselves, is carried out daily in the school canteens ".
He was also grateful for the collaboration of El Pozo Alimentación, for its involvement so that, despite the current pandemic, our students participate and enjoy this activity.From the City Council of Molina de Segura we will continue betting on how many educational projects improve the quality of our educational centers and our students ".
