| The Municipal Business Office has been in charge of managing the visit, which has been attended by the Councilor for Promotion and Economic Strategy | The Molina de Segura City Council, through the Municipal Business Office, carried out, on Wednesday October 14, an institutional visit to get to know first-hand the Molina company Vayatela Sociedad Cooperativa, located in the La Polvorista Sur Business Area.
The meeting was attended by the Councilor for Economic Promotion and Strategy, José de Haro González, and the head of the Municipal Business Office, Santiago Pastor Palazón, who were attended by the four members of the new cooperative, created last August. The new company, belonging to the textile sector, was born by the hand of four women, specialized in cloth bags, hygienic filter masks, work uniforms, school babys, etc.
It is made up of Plácida Orenes, Paqui Segura, Irene Zaragoza and Paula Gorini, and has years of work, commercial and business management experience.
Thus, the best legal form has been chosen for its best internal operation, and to meet the strategic objectives of the company. The commercial objectives of the new cooperative consist of the design, planning, cutting, sewing and manufacture of its articles in fabrics and fabrics totally respectful with the environment, of recycled materials, although very attractive and competitive, including local customers and suppliers, with what is a sustainable textile workshop, and even its waste is again delivered to its suppliers to reuse it. The chosen location is an industrial warehouse located in the Business Area of ??La Polvorista Sur, in Torre Pacheco street, warehouse A-2, 320 square meters in size, where an office, a textile workshop, an area for work conciliation and family, and a large warehouse, plus an outdoor backyard. The company specializes in products of high ecological value, such as clothing, accessories, household items and work and family clothing.
Even its machinery has been acquired from companies that had used it previously, closing a circle of total respect for the environment that surrounds them.
The circular economy in Vayatela is fully guaranteed. The Molina de Segura City Council has offered the firm the comprehensive services of the Business Office, a municipal business service.
Likewise, it has provided help and advice for any procedure they wish to carry out, or any suggestion they may make, such as the issue of opening the clauses of public contracts to more sustainable and circular economy reasons, as a way to score more for their achievement.
