The purpose of this agreement is the granting of a municipal subsidy amounting to 10,000 euros to the Municipal Music Band Association, which aims to promote the musical activities carried out by this association. The Molina de Segura Municipal Music Band Association is a non-profit cultural entity whose main purpose is to maintain the aforementioned Music Band, for the development of culture in the municipality and for the promotion of musical learning of Your partners. The objectives of the association for the year 2020 are: to develop a new musical project for the expansion of musical content under the new Artistic Direction; continue the development of the Initiation Band project; consolidate the projection outside the municipality of Molina de Segura of the Municipal Band; and complete the uniforming of the Municipal Band of Music started in 2017. In 2019, the Music Band has had a total of 51 performances, 31 in Molina de Segura and 20 in Murcia capital and other municipalities in the Region.Along with this, we must not forget the growth of the Municipal Music Band, which, during the past year, has reached one hundred active musicians.
