The popular demand that the PSOE-Podemos Government Team return the € 23,000.00 used in the electoral complaint against the former mayor of Molina de Segura, Eduardo Contreras Linares. They also demand that the Socialists publicly apologize to Eduardo for the damages caused, and to the people of Moline for having paid with public resources, a complaint for electoral purposes. The Popular Party of Molina de Segura is in luck because the Regional Court of Audience has rejected all the crimes that the Socialist Government Team attributed to Eduardo Contreras Linares, former popular mayor of Molina de Segura, and former councilor Remedios López. Once again it becomes clear that the current local government intended to damage the honor of two people whose innocence has already been proven on several occasions, in order to deceive the citizens of Moline, and obtain political profit through electoral electoral campaigns. The judge has once again hit the mayor Esther Clavero a hard blow, when the Regional Hearing filed the appeal raised by the mayor.
In this case, it is the third and final file of the case. The local government PSOE Podemos, and particularly the mayor Esther Clavero, should apologize, both to Eduardo and to Remedios, for the damages caused by the false accusations made, as well as to the Molinenses, for having used money from the municipal coffers for the electoral campaigns of the Socialists, based on orchestrating false accusations and which, moreover, are very expensive in the pocket of the citizens.
In particular, this cause has cost the City Council of Molina de Segura a whopping € 23,000.00 in total, money that could have been allocated to other much more urgent and necessary actions for the citizens of our municipality.
With this type of action, the PSOE Government Team with its mayoress at the helm, show that what worries them least is the people of Moline,and that he is capable of doing anything to stay in power. If the current PSOE-Podemos Government Team had a minimum of common sense, it would pay for the complaint with its own resources and return the € 23,000.00 that it has used for its tort and electoralist purposes. To date, the only Molinense politician convicted of defaming a Popular Party councilor is the former secretary general of the PSOE of Molina de Segura, Antonio Gomariz.
But despite the reality, the mayor, Esther Clavero, continues with her strategy of "defames that something remains", with the sole purpose of staying in power, and although for that she has to articulate false complaints, play with the honor of people, to spend the money of the Molinenses in their approval and that of their party, instead of using it to improve the well-being of each of the Molinenses.
