Aprobación de convenio por el que el Ayuntamiento de Molina de Segura encomienda a la Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre - Real Casa de la Moneda la extensión de los servicios públicos electrónicos. BIENESTAR SOCIAL Aprobación de reducción al 100% del precio del menú diario a una usuaria del Servicio de Comidas. Aprobación de gasto de 60.000 euros y convenio 2020 entre el Ayuntamiento de Molina de Segura y Cáritas Diocesana de Cartagena y Cáritas Interparroquial de Molina de Segura para proyecto Acogida, atención básica y acompañamiento social a personas en situación de exclusión social grave y/o vulnerabilidad del municipio de Molina de Segura. Aprobación de convenio 2020 entre el Ayuntamiento de Molina de Segura y la CARM, a través del Instituto Murciano de Acción Social (IMAS) para regular los compromisos y condiciones aplicables a la concesión de una subvención nominativa destinada a mantenimiento del Centro de Atención Temprana.

Se acepta la subvención nominativa financiada por la Comunidad Autónoma de la Región de Murcia, a través del Instituto Murciano de Acción Social, por importe de 93.386 euros. PROYECTOS EUROPEOS Aprobación de la participación del Ayuntamiento de Molina de Segura en el proyecto europeo Life CITYAdaP3 Life 19 CCA/ES/001209, de colaboración público-privada de mejora de adaptación al cambio climático en el entorno urbano, liderado por la Federación de Municipios de la Región de Murcia, en condición de beneficiario asociado cuyo presupuesto global es de 2.030.316 euros, existiendo una previsión de 395.654 euros para las acciones piloto a desarrollar en Molina de Segura entre septiembre de 2020 y el 30 de septiembre de 2024. RECURSOS HUMANOS Aprobación de la desestimación del recurso de reposición contra la convocatoria para desempeñar temporalmente, y en comisión de servicios el puesto de Director/a de Bienestar Social, con Código 0025.0001, del Ayuntamiento de Molina de Segura. Aprobación de las bases específicas para la provisión, mediante concurso-oposición libre, de siete plazas de operario de la plantilla de personal laboral fijo del Ayuntamiento de Molina de Segura, en el marco del proceso extraordinario de estabilización de empleo. VÍA PÚBLICA Aprobación de la adjudicación de contrato menor de la memoria técnica para suministro de mobiliario urbano tipo valla por necesidades municipales de delimitación en diferentes recintos y vías públicas, con motivo del COVID-19, a la empresa Alquiler y Venta de Vallas Arte, SL, por un importe de 17.569,20 euros.
