| The center of Molina has implemented two of the twelve measures of the Plan, a bird feeder and the green facade | Within the framework of its commitment to the fight for climate change, the conservation of biodiversity and environmental education, the CEIP Cervantes de Molina de Segura and the entire educational community that integrates it, has prepared a Plan of Adaptation to Climate Change and Promotion of Biodiversity in said center and its surroundings.
The project is made up of twelve measures and six cross-cutting actions.
Two of them have already been implemented and are the installation of a bird feeder and the green façade, through the planting of climbing vines.
All this will be disseminated through the web space prepared by the center itself: https://sites.google.com/murciaeduca.es/cambioclimaticoybiodiversidad/p%C3%A1gina-principal The twelve measures of the Plan are the following: Green Facades; Pond for amphibians and birdbath; Nest boxes and shelters for birds in the downtown trees; Bat shelters; Landscaping the perimeter and placing rockery and hotels for insects; Give cuttings to favor pollinators; Plant trees of protected indigenous species; Bicycle parking and green route to the center; Feeders for birds; The Cervantes for the Climate; Install a sandbox; and Take advantage of the rain.
