| The projected works, which have been presented to the mayor, will involve 800,000 euros of investment and the creation of ten jobs | The Regional Federation of Organizations and Transport Companies of Murcia (Froet) has presented today to the mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero, the project that it wants to carry out in the City of Transport, with the aim of improving service to the transport companies and their drivers.

The works will involve the expansion and remodeling of different buildings in which Froet develops his work, as well as the expansion of the workshop hall, the industrial vehicle wash and the FroetGas service station.

An area for the attention and rest of the crews would also be created, which would include a lounge with television and a room with WI-FI, a small gym, as well as renovating the bathroom and toilets.

Likewise, a new sentry box would be built at the entrance to the enclosure, with a 180-degree open view and an equipment area for the security guards.

The project, which would reach an investment of 800,000 euros and would generate ten jobs, proposes an open, avant-garde and functional design, with the aim of improving the service to transport companies and professionals in the sector, as well as providing greater comfort to the employees who currently carry out their work there.

The president of FROET, Pedro D az, and the general secretary of the federation, Manuel P rezcarro, presented the project to the mayor, who was accompanied by the councilor for Economic Promotion and Strategy, Jos de Haro.

EXTENSION OF THE PARKING In turn, the president of FROET transferred to the first mayor of Moline the problem of space that exists in the City of Transport, for which he asked for the expansion of the parking lot to accommodate, in principle, a hundred vehicles .

In this sense, Pedro D az explained that the parking lot "is practically collapsed every day and on weekends it is practically impossible to park." In this sense, pointed out a company from Albacete wants to settle in the City of Transport "and it needs 40 seats and we cannot let these companies leave Molina de Segura, or the Region of Murcia." The objective of FROET is that the City of Transport of Molina de Segura can become a safe and protected Truck Parking Area (AEC), essential to improve the rest conditions of drivers, according to the standards of the European Commission.
