The Hospital of Molina has delivered this morning to C ritas Interparroquial de Molina de Segura 100 kgs.
of non-perishable food, within the framework of the food collection campaign promoted by C ritas, on the occasion of the Christmas holidays, to which the Hospital Center has joined for yet another year.
On that occasion, the hospital center has organized a voluntary collection of donations among its staff with a solidarity piggy bank, in which all the Hospital workers have participated, which has been used to make a large purchase of non-perishable food and products hygiene: oil, canned fish, baby food, pasta, rice, baby hygiene products, etc.
"At the Hospital de Molina we do not forget those who, out of necessity, are having the worst, especially on these special dates.
And our human team has once again demonstrated their solidarity, collaborating selflessly with the solidarity piggy bank that we have launched, with which, for yet another year, we contribute our bit by collaborating with C ritas to try to bring Christmas closer to those who need it most ", says the Manager of the Hospital de Molina, Pedro Hern ndez Jim nez.
Currently, C ritas Molina de Segura provides food, clothing, footwear, pharmacy bills, electricity, etc., to approximately 420 families in the municipality: 1,250 people (1,175 adults and 75 children under three years of age).
