The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero Look, met on Monday, April 11, with the Committee on Municipal Assessment of the Participatory Budget 2016, composed of representatives of the various assemblies of proposals developed in the municipioy of the Boards of areas.
The purpose of this committee was to assess the 1,257 proposals in the 25 neighborhood assemblies held during the month of April.
At meetings they were attended by 641 people, and through the municipal website, has received 51 proposals.
The proposals made by neighbors, ranging from to provide a ham for the holidays neighborhood to the construction of a district hospital or works for the solution of the avenues of water, have been classified into 32 areas of municipal jurisdiction with so that, from now on, municipal technicians perform a technical report on the feasibility, competition and cost thereof.
The Municipal Council decided that the amount allocated for participatory budgets in 2016 is 2 million euros, which will be spent on the actions prioritized by the neighbors through a vote to be held in May.
